After 26 years in Vila Catarina, it was time for the next chapter. In 2023, we opened the doors to the TSE Surf Mansion - our all- inclusive surf camp just outisde Lagos, in the Algarve.
Designed as a place to surf, relax and connect, the Surf Mansion has everything you need to enjoy the Algarvian lifestyle. Take a dip in the large outdoor pool, unwind on the sunny terraces, challenge someone to a game of Ping Pong, or relax in our garden surrounded by more than 100 orange trees. There is also a BBQ area, pizza ove, sauna, ice bath, and hot tub for those well- earned post- surf sessions.
As the heart of The Surf Experience, the Surf Mansion combines comfortable surf accommodation with first- class food and a warm, social atmosphere. Choose from nice rooms with private or shared bathrooms and make yourself at home from the moment you arrive.

All rooms in the TSE Surf Mansion near Lagos are individually designed, combining modern comfort with a relaxed surf house feel. Most rooms have a private en- suite bathroom, while two rooms have their own private bathroom just across the hallway. And for the cooler Algarve winter months, every room even comes with underfloor heating.
Also located on the Surf Mansion property is The Cottage, our simpler and more laid-back accommodation option. It features three twin rooms and one double room, with a shared bathroom for up to 8 guests - ideal for those looking for a comfortable, uncomplicated place to stay while enjoying the full TSE srf camp experience.

Lagos is the perfect place for your first surf camp experience! We have several beaches along the south and the west coast, making sure you can surf the best waves for your level, without the fear of heavy conditions.

One week surfing with The Surf Experience is perfect! You will have the chance to develop your skills, build confidence in the water, feel safe and have a lot of fun. Your body will need some time to adjust to the new exercise.

We have a wide age range wihtin our guests and the surf mansion offers lots of space to unwind and chill after the surf. We are not a heavy party camp, so if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and new connections, you’re in the right place. Of course we dont mind a boogie in Lagos every now and then. ;)
